A50 Growth Corridor Uttoxeter Project A Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Contract

THIS IS NOW AN AWARDED CONTRACT

The successful contractor will be the Principal Contractor for the A50 Uttoxeter Project A Landscape and maintenance contract. The services consist of the procurement, delivery and planting of landscaping species as shown on the tender drawings and specification together with a maintenance period as described in the specification. The services include planting and maintenance works in highway areas in the ownership of both the Highways England and Staffordshire County Council. Please refer to the procurement documentation on the eProcurement portal described later in this notice.

This was an electronic tender. All submission were made via the formal Contracting Authority electronic tendering platform.

The maximum contract value is approximate and the council reserves the right to accept compliant tenders whose value range may reasonably exceed this.

Financing / Payment:

• payments may be made following acceptance by the banking agents of Staffordshire County Council.

Legal form of groups of providers:

• no special legal form is required by the grouping of providers but each provider will be required to become jointly or severally responsible for the contract before acceptance.
