FWK1082-Seafood – Fresh, Cured, Frozen and Specialist

The Authority is seeking to contract with several suppliers for the provision of daily deliveries of a range of Seafood (Fresh, Cured, Frozen and Specialist) for resale use in its restaurants and catering outlets throughout the Parliamentary Estate.

This contract is split into the following four Lots:

Lot 1 Fresh

Lot 2 Cured

Lot 3 Frozen

Lot 4 Specialist

Suppliers may bid for one or all lots and may be awarded more than one lot for the lifetime of the contract. However, it is our intention to award lot 1 to no less than 3 and no more than 5 suppliers and lots 2, 3 and 4 to a single supplier for each lot.
