FINAL Re-opening RBC Learning Disability Approved Provider List (Open)

The Council is also inviting new providers to apply to join the List. The Approved List will remain valid until the 31st March 2017. Please refer to the attached documentation which are issued in accordance with the Council?s conditions of contract and requirements of any documents, schedules and specifications attached. Providers are advised to read and understand all the documents prior to completing their applications. Questions and/or requests for further information or clarification are required to be uploaded onto The Chest portal. DEADLINE: You are required to upload your completed application onto The Chest portal by 31st May 2016 at 16:00

Additional information: Contract duration is for 9 months remaining on the Approved Provider List. Being listed as an approved provider on the list is not a guarantee of work. Expected start date is 1st August, 2016 (but this is an indicative date) Organisations are required to register with the Chest at https://procontract.due-north.com/ where the documents are available to download. Tenders must be uploaded back onto the Chest website by 16:00 hours on or before 31st May, 2016. Providers must be able to provide the service as per the specification.
