PAN1053 - Temporary Modular Accommodation at Abbey Road

<b>Leicester City Council Property Division</b> is seeking an experienced contractor, to supply a temporary office unit, mess room and toilet facility for staff use at Abbey Park supply, erect, external stairs to upper level with all the associated services (electric, water ,drainage and IT ). The Council will consider the following 2 options for this tender: Option 1 - Purchase of Office units Option 2 - Hire of Office Units Leicester City Council's Abbey Park Lodge 2 Scheme offers office accommodation and mess room for ground workers who look after the park up keep throughout the year so that visitors and users of the park can enjoy the amenities of the park and its surroundings. The provision of a temporary Office and mess room for Abbey Park Lodge 2 scheme whilst Lodge 2 is out of service for structural repairs, and is subject to planning permission. Contractors are required to carry out site visits to obtain all the information as to the nature of the site, means of access, local conditions and restrictions and other matters which may affect the supply and delivery of the units.
