The project comprises the replacement of 3nr. chiller units on the Diamond Building Roof. Specifically: •System 1: Comprises 2nr. chiller units. Air handling unit cooling coil systems.

•System 2: Comprises 1nr. chiller unit. Floor plate chilled beam systems.

Supporting works include:

•Coordinating purchase of and managing delivery of chiller units, including managing cranage.

•Removal and upgrade of the associated electrical infrastructure.

•Removal of existing low-voltage cabling.

•Modifications and upgrades to existing electrical switchgear located on the ground floor and basement areas. •Removal and reinstatement of affected internal finishes.

•Making good, recertification, and reinstatement of fire stopping measures and compartmentation lines impacted by the works.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
