description

It is an objective of Highways England, as part of development of a future Operating Policy, to be able to report on the status/condition of their geotechnical assets, using knowledge of anticipated deterioration of an earthwork and of any elements within it. This will enable Highways England to understand the medium and long-term liabilities through the assessment of risks associated with the general asset lifecycle and whole life assessment, plus the influence from the introduction of new and innovative solutions and concluded asset resilience to current and future hazards.
