What we are buying and why
As part of Cheshire West and Chester Council's Action Plan for the RHSS fund, support is sought to create and implement a Reopening High Streets Safely Communications Campaign. The successful bidder will work with the Council's High Street Recovery Group and key partners until the end of March 2021 on the design and delivery of a communications campaign to support people to feel safe in their return to our high streets, plan their journey / visit and to help businesses to be Covid secure. The campaign must be delivered in line with the requirements of the grant. A guidance note around this is included as an appendix.
