Provision of Community Paediatric Phlebotomy Services for Nottingham City Clinical Commissioning Group

To provide a bookable community based phlebotomy service for children aged 1 - 12 years across Nottingham City, delivered by appropriately skilled individuals to include:

• Taking blood samples as required, based on medical need for

investigations.

pathology laboratory for analysis.

The service must be provided across multiple locations (a minimum of 3 locations) and be accessible to meet the needs of the 1 to 12 year olds registered at a Nottingham City CCG GP Practice.
