Restoration & Renewal Recognition Platform

The requirement is for the introduction of a Recognition Platform for the Restoration and Renewal programme.

Platform specification:

• allows for monetary and non-monetary recognition awards over time • can be accessed via a browser and an application on mobile phones to allow 'in the moment' feedback to colleagues
• teams and individuals can be recognised as well as key dates such as birthdays and work anniversaries
• can be separated for Delivery Authority (DA) and Sponsor Body (SB)
• meets the requirements for web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

Professional services requirement:

• advice and support in the design of the platform in line with R&R Branding
• regular management information and insights of use identifying trends and analytics
• support for launching and embedding the platform including project management
• on-going advice and support for introducing monetary recognition/new features/ and to ensure the DA are gaining the most from the platform
