This sophisticated software should have the capability of supporting a range of processes across the employee lifecycle. Further, it should support us in maintaining streamlined processes, increase productivity, increase automation, reduce errors, speed up processes, ensure compliance, support the organisation in making data-driven decisions and enhance employee experiences.
