Office of the Children's Commissioner - Invitation to Tender, Website Redevelopment and Maintenance

This invitation to tender is to design, develop, maintain and support a new Children's Commissioner's (CC) website (replacement website) to replace the current website (childrenscommissioner.gov.uk) - including the Help at Hand area

(childrenscommissioner.gov.uk/help-at-hand/) - and to incorporate the currently separate In My Opinion (IMO) website (imohub.org.uk), providing a single digital platform for the organisation and its services. The CC is also seeking maintenance, development and support services for a period of three years, including a break clause after one year.

Following the CC's rebrand and newly published business plan for the 2022/23 period, the CC is seeking a supplier to play a key role in delivering the ambitions of the Office. The supplier selected will provide expert guidance, input and support to the CC to deliver continuous improvements to user experience and to reflect strategic objectives as part of the ongoing maintenance contract.

The CC's replacement website will be mainly managed and updated by internal staff with support from Department for Education (DfE) colleagues
