Event Management Services for 'Thank you' Event for Lewisham and Greenwich Trust

Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (the Trust) is planning to host an inclusive 'thank you' event to be attended by staff, contractors and their families in June 2022. This event is intended as a means of thanking staff for their hard work and dedication since the outbreak of the Covid pandemic in 2020, and it is hoped that it will provide a memorable day out on which staff and their families can reflect for years to come.

The Trust is looking to appoint a contractor to provide all aspects of the thank you event for staff and management of all 3rd party contractors and partners needed to make the event successful. The contractor will be fully responsible for all aspects of this event including:

Event design, set up and planning: The contractor will project manage all aspects of the event. This will include, but will not be limited to:

• oticket sales and management of attendee numbers,

• oprovision of the necessary infrastructure needed to run a successful event,

• omanagement of all logistical arrangements,

• oensuring the event is fully compliant with all relevant legislative, safety and compliance documentation, and

• oproven expertise to manage and respond to circumstances that may arise during the course of the event.

Event delivery: Over the course the event, the contractor will be responsible for ensuring the event is delivered with appropriate staffing and managed in accordance with the agreed specification.
