Dacorum Borough Council invite interested suitable companies that provide Facilities Management Services to attend a pre-market engagement session at The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN on Thursday 18th July 2024. The event will run from 10.00am - 1.00pm.
The Facilities Management Services contract will provide a range of planned and reactive services at the Council's civic offices (The Forum). The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of a combination of hard and soft FM services, including maintenance services (incl. M&E), cleaning, catering, waste and security services.
A presentation pack will be issued to all companies that register and request a pack. Members of the Council's Property and Procurement teams will be in attendance at the engagement session to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME's.
Should you wish to attend the engagement session, please register your interest by 12noon on Tuesday 16th July 2024.

Organisations wishing to receive further information regarding the Facilities Management services contract, attend the scheduled market engagement session and/or express their interest are requested to register on the InTend Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home) where all information and tender documentation will be available for download in due course. To register your interest, please send a message via the correspondence function on In-tend.
Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract and that this contact is updated as and when required.
The Council will not be liable for the lack of delegated access within the organisation and will not send any documentation regarding the opportunity, which shall be exclusively available through the portal.
Suppliers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their application. The Council accepts no liability whatsoever for tenders that are not submitted due to internet connectivity issues, transmission delays or errors.
