<b>Contract Title: Reference:</b> Tower Hamlets Annual Residents Survey LPG4958<b></b> The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking quotations from market research providers to carry out the Tower Hamlets Annual Residents Survey for a period of up to three years. The Council's Annual Residents Survey has been running for over seventeen years and is designed to assess resident perceptions about public services and the local area. The project will require the following work: · Sample design and methodology · Questionnaire design · Delivery of fieldwork, which will involve approximately 1,100 face to face interviews (in home/on doorstep). · Data processing and statistical testing. · Production of data tabulations · Production of statistical data in SPSS format. · Analysis of results and reporting · Production of technical report · Presentation of results<b></b> The Council intends to appoint a contractor to run the survey for up to three years - however extension of the contract beyond the first and second years is subject to mutual agreement of both parties. Consequently, bidders are asked to provide quotations for running the survey for each of the next three years. The accompanying documentation explains the criteria for awarding this contract and provides further details about the nature of the services required. <b>The anticipated contract start date is: </b> 12th October 2015 <b>The estimated value of the contract is: </b> £90,000-120,000 <b>For a period of:</b> Up to three years (1+1+1) Organisations wishing to submit a proposal are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal via the link below, where the documentation will be available for download.
