T Levels Support: Providers, Industry Placements & Transition Programme

The Department for Education (DfE) is exploring commercial options to appoint a national delivery partner(s) to design and deliver a package of support for T Level and T Level Transition Programme providers to enable them to deliver high quality T Levels, T Level Transition Programmes and industry placements. The three areas of support will help providers to:

• be ready to deliver high quality T Levels;
• ensure Industry Placements delivered are high quality and consistent; and
• design and deliver a high quality Transition Programme.

Information webinar for potential bidders

We plan to hold an information webinar for potential bidders at 10-11am on Wednesday 24th June. The intention of this webinar is to communicate our requirements and delivery proposals to bidders and to identify the level of interest prior to ITT launch. Bidders will need to register in advance for the webinar. To register please email jack.millward@education.gov.uk.

SCHEDULED DATE FOR PUBLICATION OF CONTRACT NOTICE:

We expect to publish a contract notice by early July (this is subject to internal clearances).

START AND END DATES OF THE CONTRACT:

This will initially be a 2-year contract beginning in 1st November 2020 and ending in 30th September 2022. There will be a contract review point after the first two years and the potential for an extension of a further two years on a 1+1 basis.
