Supply and Maintenance of a Franking Machine

West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive (Centro) are seeking quotations for the provision of a franking machine and related maintenance/support. Centro’s current franking machine is reaching its end of life expectancy and we are looking for suppliers to propose a suitable package to suit the volumes and needs as set within our Specification. As part of the response to tender, suppliers will be requested to recommend a suitable solution, submit prices for the outright purchase of the recommended machine and provide annual maintenance and consumables costs.

Submissions will be evaluated on 65% Quality and 35% Price. The deadline to respond to this opportunity is 17:00 on 21st August 2015

The duration of the contract is initially for 4 years with a rolling annual maintenance contract continuing until terminated by Centro. Estimated values provided within this notice are based on a 4 year contract.
