GB-London: LLDC Local Plan Population Forecast Model Review

The Legacy Corporation is due to review its Local Plan during 2018 and 2019. It is therefore seeking to commission a population forecast that draws on a number of sources that should be able to, when combined, provide a finer grained understanding of the likely future population for the LLDC area at points in the period from 2015 to 2031. A residents survey is also required to provide information on current population characteristics and help to inform the outcome of the population forecast. In order to feed into a number of planned topic area studies it is also envisaged that the residents survey will provide information on housing requirements, shopping and leisure patterns, sports and recreation use and transport mode.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
