The Trust is seeking to appoint a supplier to maintain4Theatre Tables. The assets are as follows:
- 113201A1 ALPHASTAR mobile operating table with s/n 1317;
- 113302B2 ALPHAMAXX motor drive unit, EU side rail with s/n 57;
- 142501A0 ORTHOSTAR II mobile extension table with s/n 139;
- 155705AE RADIUS CHAIR MOBIL with s/n 3200;
- 113201A3 ALPHASTAR mobile OR-table with s/n 2165; &
- 143301B0 YUNO OTN, SFC, EU with s/n 207.
Contract start date: 1/6/21.
Contract end date: 1, 3 & 5 year contract terms requested. / other end dates to suit a suppliers multi-year discounting.
