Dementia Support and Advice Services

The Authority wishes to award a contract for the delivery of an innovative and effective dementia support and advice service. The service comprises:

The service is to be delivered to any resident of North Yorkshire who either has a formal diagnosis of dementia, or who is concerned about their memory. There are no age requirements for accessing the service and the provider will actively seek to engage with people living with young onset dementia and those living with both a learning disability and dementia.

The service will support all carers, family members or loved ones of people living with dementia or who are concerned about the person living with dementia.

To access the tender documents you must register your organisation details on the YORtender (ProContract) system at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login/ by creating a username, password and company profile.
