description
- Armed Forces Recruiting Programme (AFRP) is a Tri Service (TS) programme responsible for delivering a single, common TS recruiting process for the Armed Forces. AFRP is mandated to draw on lessons learned from recent Royal Navy (RN), Army and Royal Air Force (RAF) recruitment experiences, to understand and incorporate industry good practice, meet the quality and quantity targets set and above all, place the candidate at the heart of the future recruiting experience; the future process must be agile and responsive to change. The purpose of this requirement is to seek an external Partner to assist the AFRP, develop a TS Recruiting Operating Model (ROM) and develop the Statement of Requirement for the future service to enable tenders to be released to the supplier market. The requirement is for external support to work within the Programme Team to provide specific advice, support and deliverable products to the AFRP and its associated projects. The outputs will contribute to the development of the TS ROM, the Initial Gate Business Case (IGBC) and potentially commercial tender documentation (including contract documentation and SOR) to enable formal tenders to be issued to industry no later than 1 Feb 20. Documentation must be in a mature draft by the end of Oct 19 to enable refinement and TS endorsement.
