The Council is seeking to let a Contract to a single Supplier who shall provide surveys, recommend and install appropriate Resilience Measures to Residential Properties including:
- Surveys to establish risks and required Resilience Measures
- An options appraisal and recommendation of and quotation for appropriate Resilience Measures
- Works to install flood Resilience Measures
- Post works survey and testing to ensure works / installations are to standard and Resilience Measures will be effective
