description
Eden District Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to assist the Council in developing a bid to the Levelling Up Fund in a short timescale. The role of the specialist provider would fall in to the following main areas.
| A) | The specialist advisor would undertake tailored engagement activities with key stakeholders including the local MP and key partners to ascertain their priority areas for investment for a bid to the Levelling Up Fund. |
| B) | The specialist advisor would gather existing information available to develop a priority list for investment and analyse information available to recommend which project(s) should be put forward based on the likelihood of success in attracting Levelling Up Funding. |
| C) | Based upon the results of the engagement activities and the prioritisation exercise, the specialist advisor would complete the application form ready for submission for the Levelling Up Fund. |
| D) | The specialist advisor would work with Eden District Council officers to seek formal agreement from internal and external partners such as the MP to submit the bid. |
