Market Engagement Northamptonshire County Council - Building Specialist accommodation on Council owned land

Northamptonshire County Council (the Council), invites Registered Providers interested in building specialist accommodation on Council owned land to respond to this market engagement exercise.

Please note that this is not a tender process. The Council is currently investigating the level of interest, preferences and indicative costings for this requirement and this process does not constitute an offer of contract from either party.

A further process, providing full detail on the contractual arrangements will be conducted following the conclusion of this exercise.

The long term strategic objective of the Council is to move away from residential care for older people and younger adults with care needs, and to develop a range of accommodation with care which enables and supports people to live independently in their own home. This represents an exciting opportunity for a prospective partner organisation to work with the Council in developing its strategic objective.
