description
To undertake all PDF works and provide the planing out and resurfacing of the pavement, as per the design while co-operating fully with other contractors to resolve any issues. To include but not limited to:
| - | Produce and maintain a Construction Programme |
| - | Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client. |
| - | Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts, and calculations for any financial accruals. |
| - | Liaise with Client and appointed Designer for technical queries. |
| - | Liaise with Principal Designer and provide information for H&S File as the scheme progresses and on completion. |
| - | Provide a Scheme Completion Certificate - template to be provided by Client. |
| - | Submit an Outputs Certificate on delivery of scheme regional promises - template to be provided by Client. |
| - | Submit material and laying records (using the DURF template if provided by Client). |
