The purpose of this prior information notice (PIN) is to:
- provide advance notice that TfL is to consider undertaking a tendering exercise to set up a new contract to support key stakeholders in the delivery of a Major Ceremonial Event.
- understand the market interest in this procurement and obtain responses to the Early Market Engagement Questionnaire, the market engagement exercise will provide an opportunity for supplier to engage with the authority and to inform the commercial team's approach, structure and requirements for the services.
