description
NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group ('the CCG') on behalf of itself and Brent, Central London, West London, Hounslow and Ealing CCGs is seeking interest and information from providers with regards to the delivery of audiology services. The aim of the audiology service is to provide a comprehensive patient-centred community adult hearing service for non-complex hearing loss in line with national guidance and local requirements. Further detail regarding the services is provided in the specification attached to this advert. Interested providers are asked to read this advert and the service specification carefully before responding to the Request for Information (RFI Questionnaire) also attached to this advert. The CCG is developing its commissioning approach for the award of a renewed AQP contract from 1 April 2019. The CCGs are considering that this will constitute an extension of the current AQP contract for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2.The total maximum contract value is estimated to be approximately £11,900,612 over 5 years. Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement. However, responses received will help to inform the Commissioner as to the level of interest from the market and will be used to evidence a decision about a suitable contract award process for this potential opportunity. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT.
Please complete the attached RFI to express your interest and share feedback on the specification by sending your response to alice.donovan-hart@nhs.net by midday, Friday 31 August 2018.
