The Department for Education (DfE) has awarded a contract to Ambition School Leadership (ASL) for the design and delivery of a new programme to support high potential middle leaders in primary and secondary schools in challenging circumstances.
The contract will cover the design, development, recruitment and delivery of a new two-year High Potential Middle Leaders Programme, across primary and secondary phases. The programme will be delivered to a minimum of 1,500 participants across three (3) cohorts, starting training in September of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
The DfE, without any obligation and at its absolute discretion, may also require the recruitment and delivery of an additional cohort, covering the period 2021 to 2024.
Additional information: The contract cost for the initial term of the contract is 13,914,238.51 GBP (inclusive of all expenses and exclusive of VAT).
