WCC - Market Test Marketing and Recruitment Campaigns

The Council are looking for an innovative Provider to develop, design and deliver a recruitment and marketing campaign for foster carers.

Warwickshire continues to tackle the ongoing challenges in recruiting foster carers. Whilst WCC recruitment and marketing strategies have had some successes over the years they have not resulted in the growth WCC had projected. WCC are therefore looking for an innovative and creative partnership which will invigorate its marketing and recruitment approaches to support the Council in further developing its internal foster care provision to realise its projections.

WCC are looking to the market to engage all potential providers including those outside of social care recruitment and marketing to provide innovative and creative solutions to enable the Council to achieve its projected growth in foster care provisions.

Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this market testing process.
