PLEASE NOTE: THIS SOFT MARKET TEST IS BEING CONDUCTED BY TEIGNBRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL ON BEHALF OF STRATA SERVICE SOLUTIONS LTD WHO ARE THE IT SERVICE PROVIDER.

As part of an ongoing programme of IT systems convergence, Strata are currently working with the councils to review the suite of grounds, street, public realm and asset management systems currently in place, with a view to having a single system providing all asset management requirements for the 3 authorities.

To understand the budget implications of introducing a shared asset management system, Strata are undertaking a Soft Market Test (SMT) to understand the market and potential costs of the desired system.
