description
The London Borough of Barnet invites you to attend an in person pre-market engagement event (WC 28 OCT), site visit and Q&A for the Design, Construction and Ground Works of the Golders Green Library Garden. The project will transform a small derelict outdoor area located to the rear of the library into an attractive sensory reading garden. This potentially valuable space is currently unusable and is overgrown and dilapidated. We have been unable to allow residents to use this space for many years due to safety concerns. The benefit of the event will be for contractors to see in-person the needs to address the following key objectives. • Level the area and provide ramps/lift where needed to achieve step-free access. • Develop spaces suitable for sustainable seating & shading. • Develop areas for planting. To register your interest in this event please contact fiona.page-roberts@barnet.gov.uk The London Borough of Barnet reserves the right to extend or cancel the future tender process at any point. The London Borough of Barnet is not liable for any costs resulting from any cancellation of the potential process or for any other costs incurred by those attending and quoting for this Contract.
