description
The Department for Education is seeking a number of organisations to co-ordinate and deliver free holiday club provision to disadvantaged children across England.
To access the Invitation to Bid and Application Form, please register on the DfE Procurement Portal at https://education.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html and click on the \"View Opportunities\" button to access the opportunity.
The Department would also like to invite you to participate in a Holiday Activities and Food 2020 Q&A session. The event will be run as a conference call and will give you an opportunity to hear an overview of the programme, the application process and how we will assess applications, as well as to ask for points of clarification on the invitation to bid or application form.
The event will run from 10.30am on Tuesday 19th November, and we have up to 2 hours if needed.
If you are interested in attending please email HAF.PROGRAMME@education.gov.uk and we will then send you the conference dial-in details. It would also be useful if you could send us any questions you have in advance, but we will also be able to take questions on the day.
If you are unable to attend, don't worry, we will circulate a read-out from the event.
