ORE Catapult is establishing a Fire Safety Equipment and Services Framework Agreement which will ensure their continued compliance with all current, relevant legislation. Therefore, ORE Catapult is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide high quality Services supported by robust management and quality control processes.

It is anticipated that a maximum of three (3) Contractors shall be appointed to each of the Lots within this Framework. However, ORE Catapult reserves the right to appoint fewer or more than this number to ensure geographical coverage and if deemed to be in their best interests to do so.

The Buying Authorities do not guarantee any volume or value of work from this

Framework Agreement.

Contractors are to be aware that Goods & Services required under the terms of this Fire Safety Equipment and Services Framework Agreement may be co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
