Termination of Pregnancy Service (TOP) Nottingham City CCG

Nottingham City CCG is looking for a Single Provider or a Consortium Bid (with a Lead Provider) to manage local termination of pregnancy services as below:

Single point of access for elective Terminations of Pregnancy:

• Telephone referral
• E-referral
• Nottingham location(s)
• Unplanned pregnancy advice and counselling
• Obstetric ultrasound
• Early termination procedures under 9 weeks
• Medical / surgical termination procedures up to 14 weeks
• Medical/ surgical terminations 14 to 18 weeks (including an option of this service locally)
• Counselling and aftercare
• Long acting reversible contraception services

The key objectives of Nottingham City CCG are to commission high quality services tailored to meet the needs of our local population that:

• Offer easy access in Nottingham
• Offer innovative approaches to service delivery to meet local needs and is compliant with evidence-based best practice
• Work in an integrated and co-ordinated way with other providers, e.g. GPs and contraceptive and sexual health services in Nottingham
• Are affordable and ensure optimum value for money, quality and productivity

How to Express Interest in this Tender.

1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once).

Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details.

• Note the user-name you chose and click 'Save' when complete.
• You will shortly receive an e-mail with your unique password (please keep this secure).
• 2.Express an Interest in the tender
• Login to the portal with the username/password.
• Click the 'ITTs Open To All Suppliers' link. (These are Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier).
• Click on the relevant ITT to access the content.
• Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page.
• This will move the ITT into your 'My ITTs' page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)
• You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'PQQ/ ITT Details' box.
• 3.Responding to the tender
• Click 'My Response' under ' ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining).
• You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification.
• Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.
• There may be a mixture of on-line and off-line actions for you to perform (there is detailed on-line help available).
