The Joint Programme is looking to work in collaboration with patient and public engagement and social research specialists to ensure that patients, their families and carers are informed of, and involved in, the design and delivery of a) Virtual Access to Care, b) Waiting for Treatment and Self-Management, c) Long Covid, services.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The tender process involves a one step process in which suppliers are able to download and complete the Invitation to Tender document from the Delta eSourcing portal (see access code below). The top 3 ranked bidders for the three Lots will be invited to interview.
