Requirement for a Structural Lead Multi Discipline Consultant for Coteford Infant School

The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) would like to invite quotations for consultancy services in relation to the assessment of the structural damage caused due to subsidence at Coteford Infant school, Fore Street Eastcote, Pinner, HA5 2HX so as to include:

Service 1 - The structural assessment of the affected area of the building and surrounding area including the preparation of a report with recommendations to rectify the damage caused by the subsidence

Service 2 - The provision of Employers Agent/Contract Administrators services related to the appointment of a works contractor (if subsequently appointed) - Act of the sole consultant for a future building project which will include full design services, so as to undertake the provision of the recommended solution contained within the report.
