description
National Savings and Investments is seeking to engage an organisation with previous experience in providing expertise on population segmentation and conducting stakeholder interview meetings, the outcome from which will feed into recommendations on the proposed scope of a retail segmentation project.
The procurement is being conducted to acquire the services of an organisation with previous experience in providing guidance and recommendation on approaches to segmenting populations and experience in conducting stakeholder interview meetings to inform the direction of recommended approaches.
NS&I's expectation is that the services to be provided will include:
- A.scoping of this phase of the segmentation project through documenting a detailed set of requirements and producing a Response to Brief document;
- B.undertaking a series of stakeholder engagement sessions. The purpose of the sessions would be to build an understanding of what the person or team would want from a NS&I segmentation. These would primarily take place in London but there may be a need for some sessions to take place in Glasgow;
- C.aligning the findings to potential solutions;
- D.outputs to include:
- a report of options and recommendations to move the project to its build phase, including a formal debrief session to NS&I on the findings;
- a presentation to NS&I of a detailed document to support NS&I in the production of a requirements document for the build phase of the project.
Potential tenderers should note that that this procurement covers the segmentation scoping phase only. The procurement for the delivery of the segment build will be undertaken as a completely separate tendering exercise which is not covered within the scope of this tender opportunity.
Further details, including the detailed procurement timescales and process, are available in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document which can be downloaded from the NS&I eProcurement website portal following registration:
