description
NCTL has appointed Peter Matthews Associates Limited to manage, co-ordinate and deliver a significant number of school visits.
These visits are an essential stage within the teaching schools (TS) and National Leader of Education (NLE) designation and quality assurance process- and consequently this contract is essential to enable NCTL to meet DfE system goals and the manifesto commitment to expand the NLE programme.
NCTL has appointed Peter Matthews Associates Limited (an individual point of contact to manage and co-ordinate this work), with a credible school assessment team (with a strong track record in their respective fields as inspectors, system and school leaders) to provide:
| • | Essential quality assurance as part of the NLE and TS designation processes |
| • | School assessment visits and reports to support up to 6 TS and NLE designation rounds, which in turn provide evidence based recommendations (visit reports) to enable the school-led expert panels to consider as part of a range of evidence |
| • | Expertise, including system leader and inspection expertise to carry out visits and contribute to designation, review of designation and appeals panels |
