The Department for Work and Pensions has contracted with 2 separate suppliers to deliver Holistic Assessment services under the Access to Work programme on a national basis. Services will be delivered throughout England Wales and Scotland. The Assessments will take into account a customer's disability, explore relevant factors that may create workplace barriers and produce a report that identifies options with regard to overcome them.

The procurement of the Access to Work Holistic Assessments was conducted under the light touch regime and therefore was subject to limited regulation and conducted in accordance with Regulations 74 to 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Tenders were assessed on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender with a split of 60% Quality/40% price.
