Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH) wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos removal and associated works at properties owned/managed by THCH. Typically, asbestos removal will be required on an ad-hoc basis in line with planned/capital work programmes. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.

It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of five years, extendable for a further term of three year plus two years, to a maximum term of ten years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated contract value for asbestos removal and associated works is £40,000 (exc VAT) per annum.

THCH are hosting a free Meet the Buyer event for those organisations who wish to tender for the opportunity. The event will be held as follows:

1.30pm - 3.30pm Friday 13th September 2019 - Tower Hamlets Community Housing, 285 Commercial Road, Stepney London E1 20S.
