Outdoor Restaurant and Bar Operations at Bournemouth Beach for Summer 2022

BCP Council is seeking bids from potential operators with a proven track record in the hospitality service area to create modern beach pop up restaurants bringing the beach alive, a place to meet, work, eat, drink, have fun, be inspired and ultimately enjoy the view. This is a concession opportunity.

There are 3 lots available:

• Lot 1 - Bournemouth Pier
• Lot 2 - East Cliff Beach
• Lot 3 - West Cliff Beach

These locations are available from 1st April 2022 to 2nd October 2022 (this includes the Bournemouth Air Festival which is planned for Thursday 1st September 2021 to Sunday 4th September 2022).

The Council are looking for fresh and unique restaurant offerings to facilitate the additional tourist footfall expected for 2022. Each area must be high quality in their design which will fit in a thriving and contemporary town and a family style event.

The Council are not looking for high volume fast output outlets but a quality look and experience to compliment an orderly and flourishing site.
