Appointment of an operator to provide a three container kerbside collection service compromising;
| a) | Residual waste; |
| b) | Organic (garden and food) waste; |
| c) | Dry recyclables. |
The objectives of the service are to:
| • | provide high quality cost effective services that |
| • | Maximises the amount of waste segregated for reuse; recycling and composting |
| • | Encourage high levels of recycling and waste minimisation |
| • | Minimise contamination for all waste streams forming part of the contract |
| • | Creates no detrimental impact on the residents of the district by |
