Final decision on this contract award has now been delayed.
To develop a Publicly Available Specification (PAS) for the Buildings Safety Programme, with British Standards Institute (BSI) creating minimum standards for the third-party certification of construction products. This is in response to the recommendations of the Hackitt Review, and is also in line with commitments made in the subsequent Implementation Plan developed to deliver said recommendations.
