description
Craven District Council is looking to appoint a supplier to manage the end to end process for the following;
| • | Collection of the archive boxes from three sites in Skipton, North Yorkshire, ideally all archives will be cleared at the same time or within a short time frame |
| • | Secure transportation of boxes from the three sites to the premises where the files will be scanned |
| • | File preparation including removal of paper clips and staples |
| • | Indexing of files in line with the indices specified on the boxes |
| • | Secure, compliant storage of all of the boxes during the period of scanning |
| • | Scanning of the files including Optical Character Recognition |
| • | Provision of the scanned files back to Craven District Council via secure disc storage |
| • | Secure and confidential destruction of the files post-digitisation following authorisation from Craven District Council |
