Soft Market Testing for HR & Payroll System

Newark & Sherwood District Council is seeking potentially to go to the marketplace and explore solutions for HR & Payroll systems, that will improve productivity, increase efficiencies, decrease costs and streamline processes, to ensure continued value for money.

A key consideration for the council is to understand the various options and methodologies used in the marketplace with particular focus on data migration, how it can be hosted, and any limits on the usage regarding licences for the council's leisure team. We are keen to explore the strengths, weaknesses, risks, costs and implications around a range of solutions including, cloud based hosting.

The council is currently undertaking a procurement process for its financial management system, and regardless of that outcome, the system must integrate with the chosen supplier. Suppliers are invited to submit information in response to the attachment within this notice, and reply to the email addresses shown within it.
