Consultancy services for Abbotsfield School

The London Borough of Hillingdon and the Education Funding Agency are redeveloping the Abbotsfield and Swakeleys Schools, approved under planning ref. 3505/APP/2015/3030 granted on 16/05/16 for the redevelopment of the school sites to provide two new three-storey secondary schools with detached sports halls and associated facilities including playgrounds, sports pitches, a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), car parking and pupil dropoff/pick-up areas; erection of a new two storey Vocational Training Centre (VTC); creation of a new vehicular access via Sutton Court Road; landscaping; and ancillary development (including retention of an existing sports hall and maths block and demolition of all other existing school buildings). We need to submit details to discharge the highways obligations set out in the S106 agreement, copy of which is hereby enclosed. We would like to invite you to submit a fixed price fee proposal to provide the services as outlined in this tender brief.
