description
Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority [GLCCA] is seeking to improve connectivity, support sustainable transport, and enable seamless end-to-end journeys. Mobility hubs have been identified as a key tool to achieve this by integrating different transport modes and services in a single location. Previous work has been undertaken in this field. The Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire has prioritised the development of mobility hubs in Gainsborough and North Hykeham.
SLR will deploy its experienced mobility hub design and delivery team to provide a Mobility Hub Feasibility Study for Greater Lincolnshire, which will:
- Define a clear role for mobility hubs in Greater Lincolnshire;
- Develop a network plan for hubs;
- Identify specific, deliverable hub proposals in Gainsborough and North Hykeham; and
- Support investment decision-making.
Additional information: Option to extend to enable additional work to be undertaken as a direct result of the feasibility study
