CR18057 BEIS Management and Wellbeing Practices (MWP) Survey

Further competition utilising CR150025BIS - BEIS Research & Evaluation Framework, Lot 1 - Commercial, Economic and Social Impact Assessment and Analysis.

The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) commissioned the Management and Wellbeing Practices (MWP) Survey, to provide analytical input into these reviews and to add much needed up-to-date information to our evidence base. Our evidence base does not currently provide the information that these reviews need, and other existing research either does not cover these topics in sufficient detail, and / or was conducted a relatively long time ago.

Our aim is to create a survey which provides this evidence, updating the most important elements of previous research commissioned in this area by the Labour Markets directorate (namely the Work Life Balance (WLB) employers' survey, 2013 , and the 2011 Workplace Employment Relations Survey (WERS) , whilst also creating new survey content which meets today's specific policy needs. We intend for the MWP Survey to add to our knowledge of management practices and employee representation at work, providing a robust evidence base from which to develop / inform future policy.
