Community Physiotherapy Service on behalf of NHS Harrow CCG

NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (HCCG) is looking to engage with appropriately qualified and experienced providers to express their interest to inform the redesign of a robust service called Community Physiotherapy Service.

The aim of this early market engagement exercise is also to gauge potential interest in this contract opportunity and field for innovative proposals to improve the currently drafted service specification (attached).

Feedback received will assist to determine the HCCG procurement strategy including whether a competitive procurement process is appropriate.

NHS Harrow Clinical Commissioning Group (HCCG) is currently commissioning a Community Physiotherapy Service for Harrow patients.

The CCG is undertaking market testing to explore how the service specification and commissioning model could be improved and reshaped so that it is more patient focused and cost-effective. We would, in particular, like your views on the following:

Expressions of interest are now invited by way of completion and return of the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire by 5 pm, Friday 21st April 2017.

Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform the Commissioner as to the level of interest from the market and will be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT.
