UX, user research and content design for Family Hub Digital
The DfE's Family Hubs Programme supports us to transform children's centre services, youth provision, health visiting and community-based midwifery care. Family Hubs are about bringing together and integrating support services for children, young people, and families so that they are easier for people to access. These will include, but are not limited to, certain KCC services including Children's Centres, Youth Hubs and community youth provision and Health Visiting Services; and partnerships, including community-based midwifery care and community organisations.
