description
Sheffield City Council is conducting this soft market test as a precursor to a formal procurement process and approach to the market. We will be looking to appoint provider(s) for the provision of Domestic Abuse Support Services (excluding accommodation), and this survey is intended to feed into this process.
There will be a formal tender competition to appoint one or more successful provider(s) following on from this exercise in due course; the purpose of this soft market test is to consult with the market and offer an opportunity for you to make representations on our current thinking / potential approach to the market.
This soft market test exercise therefore does not constitute a formal tender and will not result in the letting of a contract at this stage.
